District sets fall sports ticket prices
Fall and winter sport admission prices and procedures have been announced for Ballard County Schools.
For Ballard Memorial High School volleyball, football, and basketball home contests, and Ballard County Middle School football games, the GoFan option still will allow fans the convenience of pre-ordering tickets with some savings. That price will be $4 for adults and $3 for students; those tickets are subject to a $1 service charge by the app. Cash sales at the gates of those events will be available for those who do not wish to order online. Adults and students will be charged $5 per person at the gate. Preschool students and younger will be admitted free.
Student passes also will be available for significantly discounted admission to Ballard Memorial home events. Students can purchase a volleyball pass for seven home games for $20; a football pass for five home games for $15; and a basketball pass for 16 home games for $40. A student pass for all three sports can be purchased for $50 – a savings of $25.
For Ballard County Middle School baseball and softball games, the GoFan option will be available. That price will be $5 per adult, plus the $1 GoFan convenience fee. Cash sales at the gates of those events also will be available. Adults will be charged $6 at the gate. High-school-age students and younger will be admitted free. BCMS students may purchase a season pass that will get them into all home football and basketball games at a discounted rate. Cost for the student pass will be $25, and will include a school-spirit t-shirt.
UPDATE: Adults also can purchase volleyball passes (6 home games) and/or football passes (1 JV, 5 varsity home games) for $24 each. There is no three-sport pass for adults at this time.
Currently, there are no attendance restrictions for middle and high school events in Kentucky. These prices and procedures are based on that assumption; should attendance restrictions return, these are subject to change.
