It's Class 1A state playoffs Friday Night Lights at Bomber Field - and Gridiron Glory, too!

It is Ballard Memorial’s first-round Class 1A state playoff game on Friday! After the school’s FIRST-EVER outright district championship, they’ll face Campbellsville HS, with a 7 p.m. kickoff.

BUT FIRST – We’ve got some SPECIAL events BEFORE the game even starts!

• WPSD-TV will do their LIVE “Gridiron Glory” tailgate spot from Bomber Field! We want to make sure the stands are FULL! Be here by 6:10 p.m. and be on television cheering on the Bombers! They will be set up in front of the student section on the track. BONUS - the first 50 people to the gate at 5:30 p.m. will get some special Bomber swag!
• At 6:30 p.m., we will present the District Trophy to the football team.

Tickets are $7 for adults and students, with children 5 and under receiving free admission. (Slightly higher because it’s a KHSAA playoff game. Bomber Nation passes cannot be accepted.)

THEN, at halftime, we will honor the six senior member of the marching band. They were not here for Senior Night last week, because they were on THEIR way to state competition.

Come on out to support your Bombers, and have a great Friday night of PLAYOFF football!
